Sorenson error when converting WMV to FLV/SWF

Not sure where to post so I will try here.

Everytime i try to convert a WMV to a FLV or SWF in Soreson it comes up with this error:

Failed with an Error: 0x8000ffff

how do i fix?

Isn't there a Sorenson forum here on the cow? Their wbsite seems to indicate there is a user forum
