You won't ever get an accurate view of files in FCP unless you look at it on a video monitor, and rendered in FCP if necessary. There is this, too: Apple 10-bit uncompressed is not Apple's best codec. What happens in FCP if the same AE comp is rendered in the Animation codec set to best quality? I've only read reports on the Final Cut Pro Forum that Apple's 10 Bit Uncompressed codec doesn't work work well in all instances in many workflows.
