Floating Text in water

Floating Text in water, as in letters dropped in from the top of the Comp and floats mid-center in a water style simulation which would form together....
Any help would be great..

Check out Jim Tierney's Waveworld & Caustics COW Tutorial to get the water and ripple effect. if you want the text to bop about in the water then you'll have to search the COW for Dan Ebbert's Expression that does the thingy.
