hello AE gurus!

I have a little pet project to brush up on my motion tracking skills.

I have this footage :
http://vimeo.com/1625639
I know you can see the reflection of the camera but im not terribly concerned about that.

here is a style frame of th whole desk,

So i want to animate the elements in the footage.

I have googled this but i couldnt find anything, has anyone got any links to tutorials or any pointers for me?

Cheers guys!

There's a downloadable PDF tutorial on the Adobe web site about motion tracking in AE 6.5 when the track point goes off screen. It still applies, and it's very educational.
