How can I use AE to project in three screen planetariam?

You can't. AE is not a playback system.
Are you asking how you would use AE to create stuff that will shown on three projectors? That's easily researched here and via google, look for multiscreen playback or multiscreen compositions.

Basically, you build a master sequence that contains three precomps, one for each screen, that includes carefully calculated overlaps or physical separations for the actual projected images.
