Import Footage looks bad
by Matthew Rundell on Aug 18, 2008 at 9:54:50 pm

When importing nay footage, it looks different in regards to pixelation/washed-out look ( this is a gamma change or a overall black levels change it seems, but I can not confirm). But it seems that when I bring in clean video footage to the app, it changes it. This does not happen in motion or shake, or other compositing apps. This is after a clean install, etc. This also does not happen on AE 7. The problem is with AE 8 download for Intel Mac. Any advice?

You would need to tell us a bit about the properties of this footage.

This is my standard sigfile so do not take it personally: "For crying out loud, read the freakin' manual."
