.mxf files

I need help quickly.

I need to work with some .mxf files in After Effects and I cannot open them. I heard I need to update my After Effects CS3 to 8.0.2.27 but when I go through Adobe to update all I see is 8.0.2.

Is there something else I need to do or somewhere else I can find the .27? Or is there anything else I can do to use these .mxf files?

it's the 8.0.2 update... that's what adobe calls it.

or you can use fcp and use the log and transfer option under the file drop down menu and transfer them .movs
