loop particle emitter
by Dino Muhic on Aug 5, 2008 at 10:05:55 am

Hi,

I would like a layer to emit 20 particles at the beginning of every second in the timeline.

I know I need 3 keyframes for this.
First keyframe: Particle emitter set to 20 at first frame.
Second keyframe at second frame with particle emitter set to 0.
Third keyframe at frame 24 also set to 0.
At all this animation is 25 frames long (one second in a PAL comp).
Now I want the emitter to use this animation/keyframes again at every second.

loop_out("circle") doesn't work on this one because the loop-expression is for 2 keyframes but I got three.

So how to do this?

Thanks alot! I really appreciate your help!

try just loop_out().

it should loop all keyframed values.

The correct syntax is:
loopOut("cycle",0)
