buy an AE Pro 7

Hi,
I live in Istanbul/Turkey and I want to buy an After Effects Pro 7, but it doesn't seem possible. Adobe here tells me that they do not sell previous versions.
I want to set up a system to work with Red Giant's FilmFix plug-in, and at the moment this plug does not work with intel mac's nor AE CS3, it is just compatible with AE 6,6.5 or 7 on Power PC Mac's at the moment.
I tried ebay and found one but that don't ship to Istanbul.
I'm stuck here,anybody have any suggestion.
