webcam 'look'

Hi,
Need to make my footage look like it's streaming through a webcam. Any ideas? Posterize it to 12fps? Rendering it out with a low quality mpeg4 setting? Any ideas much appreciated! Thanks

Yeah i would say just render it out low quality and reimport it and get it as pixely as you want... you can always go get Digieffects Damage plugin... that thing rocks
