Novice making an animated logo in AE 6.5
by Paul Griggs on Jul 18, 2008 at 2:19:47 pm

Not one to set myself an easy task I'm giving myself a crash course in AE from scratch to put together a spoof version of the Britain Got Talent title sequence (you can see it at the start of the youtube clip linked below), specifically I need to change to logo to read slightly differently. Can someone point me to an online tutorial or talk me through it?

Hi Paul,

You could easily do it with Invigorator (www.zaxwerks.com)

If you can't afford the plug, you may try extruding your text with "Shatter". Roland made a tutorial on this years ago. Check the archive.

Salut.
Serge
