Rendering in 3D in AF

Rendering in 3D in AF

I am having a problem rendering 3d layers in after effects CS3 in Mac. I have very powerful machine. it does not render in ram preview and if i render directly in render queue after movie is complete it stuck in few places. Any suggestions (all my 3d LAyers are in a rows.
