CS3 benefits over AE7 Pro? (apart from the obvious)

Hi all,
We're currently looking at upgrading all our mac pro's to CS3 from AE7 Pro. We have 1 Leopard machine and 3 Tiger's.
1. Just wondering, apart from the features covered on Adobe's website, if there are any other useful new features I can sell to my boss that I can't get in 7 (with Nucleo already installed) ?
2. Thing is, AE7 seems pretty stable on Tiger, not so much so on Leopard..but it is workable. Which leads to my next question - Are we better running CS3 on Leopard or sticking with Tiger?
3. Nucleo will, I imagine, be rendered (pardon pun) useless with CS3 multiprocessing running. However I'm sure I've heard whisperings of Nucleo still being better than CS3 mutliproc...is that right or a load of cobblers!?
4. Last question - is there anything else other than plugins that would need updating on the Tiger macs when going to CS3/Leopard?
Thanks for any advice you can offer.
Jim.
