Can you distort like in photoshop?

I have a picture in after effects that I am trying to distort. By distort I mean like when in photoshop you right click any picture and it is transform >> distort. This lets you drag each of the 4 corners independently. I can't find how to do this in after effects.

Distort>Corner Pin will let you drag the corners independently.
