Replicant Eyes--Blade Runner

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or experience with creating the "replicant eyes" effect from Blade Runner in AE. It's a subtle effect that makes human eyes have an ethereal "red eye" effect similar a cat or dog's eyes when you shine a flashlight/headlights on them.
