interlace video??

i have a video file that i'm buring to dvd. i rendered this file using upper filed and another render using lower field and anther render no filed... the video is still studders a bit during fast movement on the screan. how can i fix this. the file is 854x480 and i'm using After Effects, Compressor, and I also have Final Cut Studio Pro.
