Simulate Wind Tunnel Smoke Stream

I am looking to demonstrate the effect that some aerodynamic products have on an air stream. I would like to be able to have possibly particles flowing along a path. I am looking for the effect that you see in a lot of car commercials where the smoke streams over the car in a wind tunnel. Any ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks!

You could also use the motion path feature of Particular to accomplish the same thing.
