Graffiti transition

Hey,

I want to create a transition effect as iff someone is spraying graffiti paint over a shot. Sounds easy but, it realy has to be graffiti paint(right structure, spallters), no regular paint.

How can i achieve this effect?

Got a video camera? Why not spraypaint what you want with black paint onto a large white piece of posterboard? Bring this into AE, invert it , and use it as a luma matte for the transition.

What Joey posted is what I would do, but I know that Andrew Kramer has a tutorial for 'Spray Paint' - not a transition but just the effect which should get you started if shooting as Joey described is not an option..
