How to make a lightning to hit an object??

The AE Can simulate the lightning,but this time I'd like to make it hit an object just like the natural lightning.Can I do that??

Sure, you can use Advanced Lightning to do the trick. It'll probably take some messing around to get it right, but it's possible.

Read up on Advanced Lightning in AE Help so you know how it works.

I believe Aharon (pretty sure anyhow) has a tutorial (its 3 parts) he takes a beach, adds lightning and trees and some other stuff... it was very well done, the lightning looks quite natural on it...
