H.264 is a delivery codec and therefore highly compressed. You can tweak the settings to get the level of compression you want, though you may be better off compressing from a dedicated compression programme like squeeze. If you're going to be processing the clip again (i.e. sending to DVD), you would be better off using a lossless codec, like animation set to 100%.

The QT animation lossless codec creates files with an incredible amount of data. Attempting to play the files might result in some playback problems as your computer's CPU and hard drive may struggle to play it smoothly.
Export out of AE using QT Animation to preserve the quality. Then use a dedicated compression program (soreson, etc..) to compress the QT animation file to a delivery format (h.264, etc..) that can be played back from your computer.

[chihiro borion] "when i send the file as a DVD to the completion, will there be any difrece if i save as :Animation codec or None codec?"

Animation codec will make smaller file sizes, and it is still lossless.

If you are making an AUTHORED, standard-definition DVD -- the kind of DVD you can play in a normal DVD player -- your only choice is to use MPEG2 video. The best way to make MPEG2 video is NOT in After Effects. You should still render out of AE in a lossless codec. To convert the AE file to MPEG2, you should use either your DVD authoring software or compression software like Sorenson Squeeze, Apple Compressor, etc.

If you are making a DATA DVD -- a DVD you can use to transport the AE file to a different computer, but NOT to play in a DVD player -- you can use any lossless codec in AE that you wish.

And if you are making a high-definition (HD) DVD to play on a Blu-Ray disc, you're on your own. You can start by getting a Blu-Ray DVD burner and the latest version of Adobe Encore.
