Help with Replacement file

I made a project with a bunch of layers last year in 6.5 and the studio upgraded to cs3.

Now here is my problem I am now trying to replace my layers. But the names are not coincide with the layers as they are named in Photoshop. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you updated to AE 8.0.2?
