3D arrows invisible

3D arrows invisible

Sometimes when I change the layers to 3D, they look weird.
I can't control them because the arrows are invisible.
Is it a bug or my fault? is there any way to solve it?

Is the only weirdness that you can't see the arrows? Also, which arrows are we talking about? The axes?

Except custom view, I can't see any layers as well as xyz arrows. So, it makes me not to start work. And it happens often to me.
