QT 7.4.5 safe?

just checking to see if AE users have installed the quicktime 7.5.4 update and if so, have you experienced problems? i'm just nervous now after the problems QT 7.4 presented.

I do!

And I haven't.

I'm not going to say that there are no problems with 7.4.5, because I haven't tested it exhaustively, but things seem to be fine thus far and it is a pretty major security patch. If you don't work online much with your computer then it's not as necessary, otherwise it patches some holes that could mess your computer up if given a maliciously crafted file.

Basically when you consider the chances that 7.4.5 messes things up in the context of the chances that you run across a maliciously crafted file... it's about a wash. That's my opinion anyway.
