4 Corner Pin doesn't match up!!

4 Corner Pin doesn't match up!!

It seems quite strange but the four corner pin I just did, (carefully matching up the points that were slightly off), once applied is way off target!! What's up with that??

The Tracking info is correct, but when applied to a layer, it's out in a different position.

My mistake sorry. I was trying to apply it to a precomp layer and I had collapsed transformations and some other stuff, so it was out of whack.
