Aligning camera to motion path - how?
by Rob Hindley on Mar 25, 2008 at 11:30:49 pm

I have searched the web but I can't get a full explanation of how to create a motion path in 3d space then attach and animate a camera along that motion path.

I've tried to use auto-orient but then I can't keyframe any camera movement.

A simple way to do this is to try animating a layer or Null in 3D space and then copy its keyframes to the camera.

Then choose Transform > Auto Orient > Orient to Path.

Best,
