hotkeys - can not find them in the help/manual

Dear powerusers,

I remember a few hotkeys, but I can't remember them or find them in the help/manual.

CYCLE LAYER MODES (ADD, MULTIPLY etc.)

HIDE/UNHIDE A LAYER

TRIM A COMP TO WORKSPACE LENGTH

ADD/REMOVE KEYFRAME

AE calls 'em keyboard shortcuts.

CYCLE LAYER MODES (ADD, MULTIPLY etc.)
adobe livedocs

HIDE/UNHIDE A LAYER
Make/unmake shy? No shortcut for that.

TRIM A COMP TO WORKSPACE LENGTH
adobe livedocs: have to trim in/out points separately.

ADD/REMOVE KEYFRAME
adobe livedocs
