Ok I use adobe after effects cs3 proffesional and I saw today a cool and unusual thing on youtube. It was a guy transforming into iceman and I wondered if you guess could make a tutorial on it or tell me some tips on how it is done.(here is the link

That looks like a Color Correction > Colorama effect with a Transition > Gradient Wipe. You'll need a matte for your subject. Even though it looks like he didn't cut the subject out using the greenscreen, he most definitely did. Probably layered the keyed subject over the non-keyed footage, applied Colorama with an icy looking cycle and used Gradient Wipe to reveal the effected layer. Pretty simple if you can get a good key. I wonder if I can put something together to illustrate... hmmm... we'll see =)

Here's a sample I made with some random greenscreen and stock footage I had laying around. This uses Colorama for the coloration, displacement maps for the refraction/reflection, a blur here and there, particular for the frosty air and some blending modes. Hopefully I'll get around to posting a more thorough examination of this later...
The acting isn't as good, I know... but the effect isn't hard to pull off with the right tools.

Unfortunately the project uses some HD footage that I don't think you want to download. So if you like I can replace those files with some simple still images, then you can replace those with your footage items. It'll take me a little while to get that together.

Here's a link to an AEP with still images included. One of the stills is 1920 x 1080 so you may need to tweak scaling in some places if you want to use SD footage. I tried to comment as many layers as I could, let me know if you have any more questions.
