Exporting flv error

Exporting flv error

Hi Guys,

I was wondering if you could help me. I had to reboot my computer and i had to re-install AE 7.0. Now when i export a flv i get this error message:

"After Effects warning: Export failed because the export component could not find any relevant data to export"

Does anyone how to overcome this.
