particular and making a crowd

hi all,

i'm trying to make a crowd using particular.

i've got particular using a 200x200 comp of people silouettes.

it's all set up, however when i rotate my camera, the crowd rotates as if auto-orient is turned on. I can't figure out how to rotate the camera and NOT have the crowd rotate with it.

is this possible?
