Keyframes and Layer Movement

Hi,
something that's bugging me for a while now is this question...take a look at the timeline:
http://www.easyphotoupload.com/uploads/cbcd822902.png
How can I move the keyframes that are selected AND the one blue layer that I've selected, WITHOUT moving the top layer? When I begin to drag something it always drags the layer where I selected the keyframes.
Is this possible?

Make a marker where you want one (or the other) to end up. Drag the keyframes, then the layer.
In AE you can drag a bunch of keyframes, or a bunch of layers. Not both types of things at the same time.

Oh...ok! I really hoped that there might be a way without the marker-workaround.
Steve - Thank you!
