Hello,
I'm new to the forum so bear with me.
I'm trying to animate a still image to turn into a sphere. I've been messing with CCSphere for a while and to no avail. CCSphere just takes the layer and automatically turns it into a sphere, where what I want to do is SEE the image turn into a sphere. I'm on a deadline and I need help fast, any help would be greatly appreciated!

The CC Sphere and Cylinder filters do not have wrapping settings. I do not use Zax products but the Boris 3d filters used to have variable wrapping. Zax and Boris both offer trial versions of their toys.

i tried a few effects and i found a way to do this. its not the best way and you cant even rotate the sphere after forming but it will do what you said.
Im talking of "Optical Compensation" , keyframe the field of view to get this effect.
