PLEASE HELP! I NEED TO RENDER THIS FILE! THE IDEO FILE RENDERS FINE BY ITSELF, AS DOES THE AUDIO, WHAT CAN I DO....

DO YOU HAVE QUICKTIME 7.4? IT IS BAD. TRY 7.4.1.
ARE YOU USING MP3 FILES? CONVERT THEM TO WAV OR AIFF BEFORE IMPORTING INTO AE.
Rendering? Minimize AE. No need for Caps Lock.

I ve 7.4.1 and have had caps lock on will try the minimise, but other than that im a bit stuped!

It would help to know what KIND of files you're using in AE... mpeg2, h.264, mp4, separate audio & video files, etc.
And of course if you're familiar with the procedure for rendering audio & video in a single file, and what kind of file to which you intend to render.
