anyone know of an expression to use on fractal noise to make it loop?
I don't want to have to keyframe the subset or rotation. I want to use and expression to keep it looping for as long as my timeline is.

By the way, if you want any two keyframes to keep looping, you can use a loop expression (the default is fine) but you have to set two keys first. Anyway, check out the tut if you haven't already.

tut is good but what is the expression to loop?

There are a lot of different properties that you can animate in Fractal Noise. If you're talking about rotation or evolution then you don't need an expression to loop those properties at all, if you're talking about position then you can't use an expression to loop it.
To cycle the evolution of the fractal noise enable "Cycle Evolution" under Evolution Options. Then make sure that your evolution animates through whole cycles (i.e. from 0° to 1x 0.0° or from 0° to 2x 0.0° or from 30° to 3x 30°) and change the "Cycle (in Revolutions)" value to the number of revolutions animated in your comp (1 for my first example, 2 for my second or 3 for the last).
If you're not asking about evolution then you need to be more specific as to what properties you need to loop.
