Help! Getting MOCO Data and I have no idea how I can apply it to AE or LW

We have a Motion Control shoot coming up and the company who has the rig uses Kupercontrols for the camera. Ultimately the information comes back to me in an ASCI file that looks like this:

Axes = VTrack (Z axis move), VNS (X axis move), VPan (Rot-Y), VTilt (Rot-X), VRoll (Rot-Z)

129.4485 -32.7980 110.1125 -64.4438 -24.7742 0.0000

129.4485 -32.7980 110.1125 -64.4438 -24.7742 0.0000

129.4485 -32.7980 110.1125 -64.4438 -24.7742 0.0000

and so on for about 500 or so lines.

Is there anyone out there who knows how I can turn this into something useful without going crazy modifying the data line by line? Thankfully I have a backup plan that includes Syntheyes and trackers on the green screen set in case this doesn't work. Thanks in advance.
