Arrange ALL my objects in a very big 3D-World and animate everything afterwards by flying around with the camera? Or do you animate the objects in the most parts and don't use camera animation so much?

Sorry, I couldn't get anything to play on that page, so I'm guessing.
In general, I believe that people arrange objects in a big 3D comp, then move the camera around to find things. A complex thing may be a sub-comp, or precomposition. Then if there's a cut, we're looking at a new comp, new camera.

To make the motion that is like the one on the website you directed us to... you answered your own question. A big 3d world... lay it out and then animate your camera. It's always good to rough storyboard a project that is that in-depth so you can plan ahead. Just have a real firm grasp of animating a camera in 3d space. There are a ton of great tutorials on this site.
One tip... good lighting can really bring this type of world to life.
Good luck.
