HD footage, bad horizontal lines

Hi All,
Ok I'm very new to HD so here it goes.
I did a shoot out of state and I'm going to be doing the trailer's opening. It was shot with the Panasonic HVX200. It was 24p, DVC Pro HD 108060. On preview playback during movements I got really horrible horizontal lines. What can I do to get rid of this????
I had to dl the raylight to view it and of course I have the watermark (will be buying it) but for now I'm trying to get a clear picture.
I'm on Windows Vista, AE7, intel Centrino duo, 2 gigs of ram, full HD 1080 monitor.

Raylight has four quality settings (good through bad, essentially) that can be selected via a popup when you are in programs like Vegas. I don't know if this window is available when you are working in After Effects, but honestly I have only used Raylight a few times.
The HVX200 (and HD footage in general) is practically designed around the Mac platform. DVCPRO HD, ProRes 422 and other codecs are Mac only. I know you're on a PC, but if you are serious about working in HD with your HVX200 you should look into a Mac Pro.
