Missing Head Effect

Anybody know how this Digital Juice effect done? Looks really good. It starts at 4:40 in the video at this link:

actor filmed in front of a green screen (the background is one of their products). Then they rotoscoped the head out using a simple animated mask (notice the deep v-shape in the front where his chin was).
The "plasma" bolt and the smoke are probably also elements from their products.
