Depth of Field refusing to blur

Hello, I'm an intern for Mediacom in Dubuque Iowa, and I created a new show to air on the PEG channels, I tape storytime once a week and then eventually once I get this intro done, it will have this intro in front of it.
The way this intro is structured is multiple 2d images set in a "3d world" so I just positioned each group in the world and I'll move the camera between all the different groups where action will happen. Here is the link to my project and the files, it's only 5mb http://marcsoukup.com/storytime_intro.zip
My issue is that I am unable to get the camera to blur objects out of focus. I can do it in the same project in other compositions, but for some reason I can't do it in my main composition. I've created multiple cameras to try and see if maybe my one camera is glitchy. But all of them are unable to blur out anything, everything stays in focus.

Here's a list for you to check over:
-Make sure Draft 3D (between Live Update and the Shy switch above your timeline) is off
-Make sure Depth of field is enabled on the camera
-Make sure Blur level is set to 100%
-Set the Aperture to a high(er) value like 100-300 just to see if you get any blur
After looking at your project file I can tell you that you have Draft 3D enabled in your comp, I disabled it and the blur came through just fine (although very heavy, meaning you probably already tried all the other steps on the list).

lol, ya, silly me -- Literally a minute after I posted this I found the topic on these forums and I wanted to just kick myself, but I couldn't erase this post as I was a "new" member I couldn't access anything since the post was "under review"
sorry to waste your time with such a silly matter.
