Element floating between two identical keyframes
by S.E. Ball on Aug 20, 2007 at 5:36:22 pm

I'm pretty much self taught from the tutes and articles.

I have a text element that starts out large in center screen
then gets smaller and moves to the top of the screen to make
room for another element.

Later in the timeline, the element that is on the top of the screen moves again.

Point A to Point B Point B to Point C

What's happening, is I have identical position keyframes
at both point b's.

When I PreView the movie, the element floats between the
two identical position keyframes.

I'm using Easy In and Easy out on Point A and Point C
respectively.

I've assigned Easy Ease to both Point B's and it floats.
I've deleted all points keyframes and recreated them
this time, with no Easy Ease on Point B's. Still the element
floats.

I've obviously missed a step in my learning.

I've also tried just copying the position properties
from the first Point B to the second Point B and
I've also tried offsetting the second Point B by .1
Still no luck.

Could someone please give me the birds-eye low down on this caper?

HELP!
