Export problems with after effects and premiere

Hello creativecow community,
I need your help with exporting DV footage. I am using Premiere 6.5 and After Effects 7.0. Besides that, I am filming with a 35 mm adapter and therefore the footage is upside down. For working with the footage I am going this way:
First of all, I import the footage with firewire and the normal DV Pal settings in premiere 6.5.
1. After that, I import it in after effects and rotate it 180
