Rendering issues on photoshop psd.
by echoes999 on May 21, 2007 at 9:28:45 pm

I just got after effects and I filmed a small shootout segment just to play around in. I created several muzzle shots in photoshop and imported them into ae. Everything looks good, but when I render the composition into a movie, the sizing boxes for the phtoshop psd's are still visible in the finished product. Not sure what I'm doing wrong or how I might be able to make sure these don't show up. Any help would be great. Thanks.

"Sizing boxes" ...do you mean boxes with the square handles in the corners and crosshair in the middle? If so that's VERY odd!

If it's just a line around each layer, then you could check stuff like - maybe you have a stroke applied to the layer? Or maybe they're weren't cutout properly in Photoshop? Open one of the muzzle shots in PS and expand the canvas size and change to a contrasting BG colour and see if it has an edge on it?

Other than that not sure.

Thanks, I'll give that a try.
