Big Problem - Texture disappears in Full Render Mode
by KimOhNo on May 16, 2007 at 12:29:16 pm

Hi dudes!

I've an ugly Problem. I'm working on a sweet compositing using a Grunge Background texture with Motion Tile in Length ( as we all know from Andrews Tips )

Ive created X - Position Keyframes to slide the wall in front of the Camera. I have a nice Screenshot for this check it out

http://home.arcor.de/bonifacius/AE_Problem.png

all the time i worked with Third Rendersize. After a while i turned it back to Full and what happens? The Wall disappeared or to use different words it gets cut off as you can see at the Screen ( Selected is the texture and you can see the path it follows. the Wall ( with 500 length Motion tile ) gets cut off but only in Full render mode !!! I can see it while i'am switching in the timeline but when it Renders its not there anymore as you can see in the Screen.

I Hope you have an idea for this !

I tried to use some low result graphics but theres no sucses anyway

greetings

What happens to the look of the grunge layer if you change its quality switch to Draft?

Right now, you have it set to Best quality (forward slash). Try changing it to Draft quality (back slash) and see what happens.

Only one more idea: use an effect like Mosaic to reduce the quality of the grunge layer so that it looks like it did in a low-resolution view.

This may be the first time I have ever advised someone to make something look worse! :-)
