Recover corrupt project HELPPPPP

HI

I was working in an After Effetcs 7 project for one week. When it was finally finished I saved it and turned off my computer.

The following morning when I tried to open the project in order to render it it was impossible.
The software keeps trying to open it and in some seconds tilt. It doesn

Try opening a new AE project and import the corrupted project. It might work.

Try different ways of opening the project. For example, if you normally open projects by double-clicking on the project file, try using the file>open command. Or dragging the project file onto the AE application icon.

Or if you're on a Mac, try opening it in Windows or vice-versa.
