time remapping with trapcode sound keys

Hi there,
I'm looking for the solution to a very common problem (according to other threads I watched):
As the subject already tells I want to remap the time of a plain videotrack in after effects (7)
Although I found a lot tutorials, expressions and other tips, none of them seemed to help me out.
I already figured that it's best to spend my time on trapcode's sound keys plugin.
Now I'm looking for ways to speedup, slowdown, backwards to videotrack.
I already added my sound keys plugin to an audiotrack and filtered the bassdrum.
I already enabled time remapping of my videotrack, and already attached my expressionwindow to the soundkeys output.
The problem: When I preview the video it stands still, and plays forward a couple of frames on the bassdrum. than it holds till the next bassdrum...
I would like the video to just play at regular speed and speedup, slowdown or backwards on a certain filtered segment of the audiotrack. (in this case the bassdrum)
Is there a good/complete tutorial out there which describes how to do this (and maybe more interesting sound keys possibilities) the only tutorial on the trapcode site was about this lovely jumping and rotating boxes.

Dan,
thanks for your fast reaction.
I already experimented with the fallof however, and the video does exactly what I described in my previous post.
It stands still, on beat playes a couple of frames, and then pauses there.
When I look at my sound keys output keyframes, they indeed stay the same in between the beats. So:
----------beat ------------beat -----------------
0,0,0,0,0,2,4,6,8,8,8,8,8,8,10,12,14,14,14,14,14,14 etc.
It looks like I have to add some expressiontext to the pick whipped text??
suggestions, or am I doing something totally wrong?

Sorry - apparently I didn't read your post very well. I'm not sure how you want to control whether the clip moves forwards or backwards but a place to start might be by adding something like
time +
to the front of your expression. That should cause the video move along at normal pace until there's a beat. Or, you could try adding something like
time + 5 *
to the front of your expression to increse the surge caused by each beat (change the 5 to whatever works best for you).

Hi,
Dan, thanks again for your reaction. Unfortunately adding time doesn't work because in between the beats, the framenumber stays the same. This results in list of the same numbers again, only + five.
For Harry, I continued to play with the sound keys and found a solution which isn't perfect at all, but at least does the thing I want right now.
I add output one (which is the track with the beat) to output 2 which is just lineair increasing from zero to the max of the video. So, output 2 just plays lineair. Adding the beat of output 2 results in a short speedup. After that the video just continues playing. Increase the endnumber of output 2 to speedup or slow down the tempo of the lineair playing part.
