Adaptive Resolution preview lost

Adaptive Resolution preview lost

Help!! I somehow have lost my adaptive resolution preview when I scrub the timeline.
I went to preferences and all seems to be where it was before. Can't figure this out.

AE 7.0 Dual Core 2.5GHz G5 4 GB RAM

In preferences:
Accelerate effects using: Adaptive Resolution
Enable Open GL I believe was switched off before as it is now.

Is it possible that you turned off the Live update switch in the Timeline window? Did you check the OpenGL/Adaptive preview menu in the Comp window?
