HELP with subtitles
by Stephen on Feb 18, 2006 at 11:21:14 am

Hi

I have a problem with "Subtitle Workshop", I know this is the after effects forum but I'm sure many of you AE users use "Subtitle Workshop"...

The program works well but I just can't get it to give me a transparency on the subtitles. It always gives me a colorfull box around the text. I just would like a simple white text, there are no effects, no nothing,...
I went in the settings I tried every option, it doesn't work.

Need help please! Project needs to be ready for sunday night...

Cheers,

Stephen.

I've never had any problems using Subtitle Workshop. not exactly what you want to hear :)

What software are you using once you've written the subtitles. I export a text file for Encore. The program you drop the subtitles into should have the various settings for you to adjust, including alpha channel etc...

This probably hasn't helped...but fingers are crossed for your project.

Graham
