Green screen artifacts

I am looking for certain artifacts to be created for a film I am doing. I am assuming they should be done best in something like After Effects. I am looking for aircraft crash debris, such as a burnt-out fuselage, or a broken wing or engine, all from a large commercial aircraft. These don't have to be moving images - imagine the crash site a few days after the crash.

Where would I find such artifacts against a green screen where I can use them in my video footage? or who creates such artifacts?
