Attach Null Object to Each vertex point of my Mask

Hi, well my question is if there is any way by script/expresion whatsoever. to Add a null object to each vertex point of a mask path?

Basicly what i wanna do is the following.

I've got a mask of someone out of a background so i've got 2 layers, The Background and the Mask of that person.

Now i'd like to add light point to each vertex of my mask path so then later i could add plexus into it and it would make the plexus path guided by the lines.

So then later i could also change the points of Plexus (white points) to be the optical Flares tracked to the line points.

Put it simply: "Is there any way i could track a path vertex point to a null object"

@Cassius i came across that indeed, but it din't work.

What i did was have my layer with my mask path on it, Then apply the script and select shape to layer and i got this error:

And the only think i modified is the Mask on itself

And then i tryed importing my mask path to a shape layer and trying everything again and i got this error.

I don't have the latest version, nor can i acces it right now, is there any other method?
