How to move the crosshair/middle point from text

How do I move that red crosshair to the center?

It happens when you created a text box that is too big for the text.

Press "Y" that activates the pan behind/anchor point tool. Now you will be able to move the anchor point back to the center or the text. I think(don't have AE available right now) that if you hold down cntl it will snap into position, it does on the CS6 version.

If you have older version of AE, you can try these steps:
1. Turn off your live update(near the search bar in layer panel). This will enable the wireframe of any object that you will try to move.
2. Now press "Apostrophe" or click on "Choose grid and guide option" which is in viewer near magnification ratio and choose Tile/Action Safe.
3. Now move your text layer the the center crosshair using the bisection point of the diagonals.
4. Now Press " Y " and move your anchor point to the center point of the frame.
