You will be glad to know that all effects that they have used in this video are too easy. Let me tell you about them.
1. You can create grid by Going to effect>generate>Grid. Make it 3D to have Z-axis controls.
2. For reflection and Refraction, follow these tutorials by Andrew Kramer( and i suggest follow all of his tutorials)
